I start with our new and used inventory. I go through our new and used inventory first and tell you straight whether we have something that fits or not.

If it isn't on our lot, I keep the search running and email you matches as they come up. Some cars turn up in a week, some take longer.

We set up the drive
When something looks right, I confirm it's still available and we pick a time for you to see it and drive it. I'll also confirm how pickup works in your case.
I handle the paperwork.
You've probably already checked every listing within a hundred miles. Send me the description instead and let me do that part while you get on with your week.

We'll sort out how you get the car
Our dealership will go as far as it needs to in order to source a vehicle for you. Once we find yours, I'll confirm exactly how pickup or delivery works for where you are.

What if you don't have the car I want?+
That's the situation I'm built for. I keep searching after our lot comes up empty and email you matches as they appear. Depending on how specific your request is, that can take anywhere from about a week to a couple of months.
How specific should I be?+
As specific as you like. Year range, make, model, body style, transmission, mileage range and price band all help me narrow it down. If you only know 'midsize SUV under a certain payment,' that works too — we can tighten it up as we go.
Do you only sell Volkswagen?+
Volkswagen is our specialty and what I know best, but I search all makes for both new and used vehicles. If the car you want wears a different badge, tell me anyway.
Can I ask about a car I already found online?+
Yes. Send me the link, stock number or just a short description and I'll confirm whether it's still available and what the next step looks like.
When can I reach you?+
Our sales hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM and Saturday 8AM to 7PM. We're closed Sunday. Send a message any time and I'll get back to you during those hours.
Do I need an appointment?+
Not always, but it helps. If you let me know when you're coming, I'll have the vehicle and the details ready instead of making you wait around.
