I've done this for more than 20 years the same way.
Transparency and integrity are the whole job for me. You get one person from your first question to your keys, and I'll tell you plainly what I know and what I still need to confirm.

I won't push you
You can ask me questions for as long as you need before you commit to anything. I sell from one of the largest Toyota dealerships on the Western Slope, so there's usually a way to get you what you want without talking you into something else.

I can put a new Toyota and a comparable used one side by side for you — trucks, SUVs, sedans, hybrids, EVs, minivans, diesel trucks and commercial. Same conversation, same person, no bouncing around.

A starting number, then a real one
Our trade value tool on the site gives you a starting number. I'll look your vehicle over in person and we'll confirm the final figure together at the dealership.

Start it online, finish it with me
You can fill out the finance application on our site and I'll take it from there with our finance team. I won't quote you terms or lenders up front — we confirm that together, in writing.

I check what we actually have
I'll go through our new and used inventory and come back with the ones that fit. If the trim or color you want isn't here, I can start a vehicle finder request.

Sort the numbers
We'll go over your trade, current Toyota offers, and your finance application if you want to use one — so nothing is a surprise when you get here.

Drive it when it works for you
I'll have the vehicle ready at 130 Center Dr. Sales is open Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM.
Ask me before you make the drive.
Plenty of folks come to us from up and down the Roaring Fork and Colorado River valleys. Send me the vehicle first and I'll confirm it's here and ready before you spend the gas.

Yes, and I'd rather you did. Send me the vehicle you're considering and I'll confirm it's still here and let you know a good time to come see it.
Where do I meet you, and when are you open?+
I'm at Bighorn Toyota, 130 Center Dr in Glenwood Springs. Sales is open Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM. We're closed Sunday.
What if you don't have the trim or color I want?+
I can start a vehicle finder request for you. Tell me the model, trim, and color you're after and I'll let you know what I can track down.
How does my trade-in work?+
Use the trade value tool on our site for a starting number, then I'll look your vehicle over in person. The final figure gets confirmed with me at the dealership.
Can I get financing sorted before I show up?+
You can start with the online finance application and I'll work through it with our finance team. I won't quote you rates or terms ahead of time — we go over the actual options together.
Can you deliver the vehicle to me?+
Pickup at 130 Center Dr in Glenwood Springs is the standard way we hand over keys. If you need something different, ask me and I'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Do you sell used vehicles too, or only new?+
Both. I can line up new and used Toyotas side by side so you can see the difference for yourself, and we carry other used vehicles as well.
How much does it cost to ask you a question?+
Nothing, and there's no obligation. Ask me as much as you want before you decide anything.
