Which should I get — Crosstrek, Forester or Outback?+

It depends on how much room you need and how you drive. Tell me about your commute, passengers, cargo and whether you head into the mountains, and I'll lay out the real differences instead of reading you a brochure.

Should I look at new or Certified Pre-Owned?+

Both are worth a look. I'll show you the same model new and Certified Pre-Owned side by side so you can see what the difference actually gets you, and we'll factor in any current specials or incentives.

Is a hybrid or electric Subaru right for me?+

Maybe. I'll ask about your daily miles, where you'd charge, and your longer trips. We have the Solterra, Uncharted and Trailseeker on the electric side, plus the Crosstrek Hybrid and Forester Hybrid.

How does pricing work here?+

We use AutoNation 1Price, so the price is posted on the vehicle up front. Separately, I can check new-vehicle specials, manufacturer incentives, and the VIP Military and VIP Educator programs to see what you qualify for.

Can you tell me about my trade-in before I come in?+

Yes. Send me the year, model, mileage and condition and I'll tell you what information we need to give you a real number.

Can you check a recall or service question on my current Subaru?+

Yes. We have service, parts, a tire store and a collision center on site, and I can help you check recall status or look up the maintenance schedule for your vehicle.

Do I need an appointment?+

Not always, but scheduling ahead helps me have the right vehicle pulled up and the details ready before you arrive.
