I'll have the vehicle ready and the paperwork started for the time you pick, so the visit is short.

Financing and first service
You can fill out the credit application online before you come in, and once it's yours I'll get your first appointment on the books with our on-site GM-certified shop, where the technicians are trained on Buick and GMC and use genuine GM parts.
After you buy
I'm still here after you drive off.
Everything you'll need next is in the same building, so you're not chasing someone new for an oil change or a part.

Yes. Send me the vehicle you're considering and I'll confirm it's still on the lot, tell you the trim and mileage, and set a time that works for you.
Where are you located, and is it worth the drive from Buffalo or Niagara Falls?+
I'm at Mike Smith Buick GMC in Lockport, New York. Plenty of my customers come from Niagara County and the Buffalo-area towns. Before you make the trip, I'll send you the listings and numbers so you know exactly what you're coming to see.
Do you only sell Buick and GMC?+
New vehicles are Buick and GMC — Sierra, Canyon, Terrain, Acadia, Yukon, Yukon XL, Encore, Encore GX, Envista, Envision and Enclave. On the used and certified side we also have vehicles from Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, RAM, Subaru, Toyota and Land Rover.
Can I start the financing part online?+
You can. There's an online credit application you can fill out before you come in, and I'll go over the terms with you once we know which vehicle you want.
How do I find out what my trade is worth?+
Tell me the year, mileage and condition, or bring it by and we'll appraise it in person. Either way you'll get a real number you can plan around.
Are there offers running right now?+
There are new-vehicle specials and GM offers posted, and they change from month to month. Tell me which model you're looking at and I'll send you what applies today rather than guessing.
What if I'm not ready to buy yet?+
That's fine. Ask your questions now and I'll give you straight answers. When your timing is right, you'll already know what fits.
